Eligibility for Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@skinnlab.com.

 

Non-Refundable Items

To ensure product integrity and safety, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used products
- Items without proof of purchase
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party retailers

 

Lost or Missing Deliveries

Our standard delivery time is 5 to 15 business days. Please allow this time for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us and we will help track the package. We will work with the courier service to locate your package. This process may take up to 10 business days. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

 

How to Request a Refund

To start a return, you can contact us at support@skinnlab.com. If it meets our refund criteria, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges and Replacements

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We may request photos of the item for verification purposes.
