What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay, and ShopPay. We are unable to accept prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.

How can I check on my order status?

You will receive a confirmation email after you place an order. When the order ships, we will send you another shipment notification email including tracking details. If you do not receive this shipping confirmation within two business days, please email us at

The product I want is out of stock, what can I do?

We’re sorry the item you want is not in stock, we are working on getting it ready for you as soon as we can. You are still able to place an order on the product(s) you want. We will process the delivery once the item is back in stock in the order it was received. We will continue to be transparent with you on the expected ship date.

How do I cancel an order?

Please email us at with the word "Cancel + Your Order Number" in the subject line as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order once it's been placed, but we'll do our best!


What is your return policy?

We proudly offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you didn’t love our product for any reason, please reach out to and we’ll address any questions or concerns. We issue exchanges or full refunds for products returned within 30 days. While we're happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges. Please see our Terms of Service for additional details about our return policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Are you paraben and sulfate-free?

Yes, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re free of parabens, sulfates, and over 1350+ questionable ingredients.
